Relive the July 20, 1969 Apollo 11 Moon Landing Through the Website http://wechoosethemoon.org

In a week's time, we're going to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. That historic event in the history of man happened on July 20, 1969 when Neil Armstrong and Edwin Aldrin, Jr.  became the first human beings to walk on the surface of another heavenly body while their colleague Michael Collins stayed on board the command module.


To commemorate the event, the JFK Library and Museum has put up a website called wechoosethemoon.org for people to experience or relive that fateful day.
