Pampanga Under State of Calamity Because of Widespread Flooding

Flooding in 150 barangays in 13 municipalities in Pampanga has placed the province under a state of calamity.  One of the most heavily affected towns is Sto. Tomas where classes in some areas have been suspended for a week and where fishponds have been destroyed adversely affecting the livelihood of many people.
