The DOJ has dismissed for "lack of probable cause" the P25M libel case filed by actor Richard Gutierrez against Philippine Entertainment Portal (PEP).
The libel complaint arose out of an article posted at the PEP website on March 29 wherein it was alleged that Richard had an altercation with Michael Flores during the March 28 birthday party of Mark Reyes, director of Zorro, at the Oceana Restaurant.
