Swedish Robin Soderling has just beaten Spaniard Rafael Nadal at the French Open 2009 at Roland Garros. The upset victory by Soderling is one of the biggest upsets in tennis history and deals Rafael Nadal his first ever loss at Roland Garros.

My apologies for any error; it's my first time to do a live tennis blog.

Congratulations to Robin Soderling and his Swedish compatriots. My hats off to my personal favorite superstar Rafael Nadal for a valiant effort.
All of Sweden must be rejoicing now, especially Tibro, where Robin Soderling was born. The Swedish flag flies proudly at Roland Garros.
