ZTE-NBN scandal star witness Jun Lozada is now safely back with his family at La Salle Greenhills far removed from the detention quarter, prison cell and hospital room that was the fare of his life since he was arrested last April 29 on perjury charges filed against him by defeated administration senatorial candidate Mike Defensor.
According to Sr. Mary John Mananzan, Lozada left the Medical Center Manila at 11:00 am yesterday. He is now staying at La Salle Greenhills under recognizance of the Senate which successfully regained custody over him after the motion to that effect was granted by Judge Loredo of the Manila MTC during the arraignment of the perjury case last Thursday, May 7.
