Mayor Tito Oreta of Malabon has ordered the suspension of classes in public elementary and hiigh school levels in five barangays in his city because of flooding. Afternoon classes were suspended in Dampalit, Tenejeros (Tinajeros), Catmon, Niugan and Maysilo.
