After all the preparations and the warm-up protests, the Big Day has come — today, June 10, 2009 will see the staging of one of this year's biggest protest rallies, the anti Con-Ass rally in Makati spurred by Congress' recent passing of House Resolution 1109 which seeks to convene Congress as a constituent assembly to amend the 1987 Constitution.
