I was at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City this afternoon to file my daughter's UPCAT application. The original deadline set for Metro Manila applications was yesterday. I was told that they're extending it up to Friday, June 26.
The application forms (Form 1, Form 2 and the general information sheet) are downloadable from the UP website. The application fee is P450.00 plus any applicable bank charges.
The examinations themselves will be administered on August 1 and August 2.
Please drop by again tonight for more details; I'll be posting some pictures plus a map of the UP Admissions Office which I still have to scan.
