Eric: What do you mean break in? Because?
Kris: Because yes, you were given the key … I’ll clarify that, yes, yung ano … yung pagsunod n’yo sa inutos sa inyo …naaalala mo yung araw?
Eric: Dec 9 po yon.
Kris: The girl in question is …?
Eric: The girl in question was, she went to Vicki’s residence to inform her about yung mga infidelities ni Hayden.
Kris: Why?
Eric: Ah, since mabait si Vicki talaga sa kaniya …
Kris: She worked for Doktora? Right?
Eric: She worked for Doktora. Vicki was nice to her and the boyfriend was really nice to her.
Kris: Si Bistek was also very good to this … to Princess, let me just say it for you para hindi ikaw… was very good to her, tapos?
Kris: And then na-guilty siya?
Eric: Na guilty siya
Kris: Why did she feel the need na ikuwento kay Doktora? … The guilt?
Eric: The guilt, yeah.
Kris: Sino una niyang kwinentuhan?
Eric: Si Bistek po. Yun na po yung December 9 na lumapit po si Princess kay Dra. Vicki.
Kris: Kasama si Bistek, hindi? Wala?
Eric: Mag-isa lang po siya. Kasi nagsabi siya na ‘Magrere-resign na po ako Maa’m,’ She told Vicki, ‘Ok, I had a thing with Hayden.’
Kris: Pa’no ka na-involve, pa’no na-involve si Bistek?
Eric: Ayun so, nung sinabi ni Princess, sabi ni Vicki …
Kris: Naniwala si Dra.Vicki kay Princess?
Eric: Naniwala siya pero parang hindi niya matanggap.
Kris: Ok.
Eric: So, sabi niya, ‘Ano pang nalalaman n’yo? Sabihin n’yo lahat.’ Pagkatapos no’n pinatawag kaming mga …
Kris: This is the 9th? December 9, yes.
Eric: Pinatawag po kami ni Dra. Belo para itanong sa amin yung aming …
Kris: Who called you?
Eric: Ah … it was Bistek who called me.
Kris: Ok.
Eric: Vicki wanted to talk to us about Hayden. Me, Princess, Bistek and this other guy.
Kris: That you don’t want to name.
Eric: Yes.
Kris: This happened, yung paghaharap na ’yon?
Eric: At Vicki’s place in Dasma.. Tapos sinabi ni Vicki sa amin, ‘Ano ba yung naririnig ko? Ano pa‘ng nalalaman n’yo?’ sabi niya. Kasi ayaw niyang maniwala. So binanggit naman na kung ayaw maniwala merong mga video recordings alam naming nasa computer n’ya.
Kris: So the knowledge of these video recordings came from you guys …, you were the ones who told her?
Eric: Yeah.
Kris: And what did she say?
Eric: She said she wanted to see them. She gave us the key and told us to go there and get the computer…
Kris: Eto yung condo, ni Hayden?
Eric: Pinakuha niya …
Kris: Yung?
Eric: Yung mga computers.
Kris: And she said, siya naman nagbayad no’n or property naman ‘yon ng Belo? What happened?
Eric: Kinuha namin sa condo, binalik namin dun sa bahay ni Vicki. Yung driver ni Vicki na si Alan, si Princess, ako at si Bistek. (Author’s Note: Here, Eric mentions the name of Dra. Belo’s driver, Alan. It appears, however, that the third guy is somebody named ‘Sip’or ‘Zip’ that Hayden would mention later in this transcript?)
Kris: What happened?
Eric: Ah, nag-usap, usap pa lang kami, bubuksan namin yung isang computer… pagkatapos ay … ah, nakatanggap kami ng text message na si Hayden naggu-goodbye … papakamatay na ‘to. Punta kami dun sa condo kasi baka magpakamatay.
Kris: Nung kinuha n’yo yung computer, nasaan si Hayden?
Eric: Hindi ko alam kung saan siya…
Kris: Pero wala siya, dun sa condo?
Voice Over: Dahil dito, minarapat ng SNN na balikan ang ilang part ng mga statement ni Hayden sa naganap na Senate inquiry para sa mas malinaw na paglalahad sa pangyayari.
Hayden: Yung isang kaibigan ko na di ko pinapangalanan, kinausap ako nagpunta kaming Nouveau … tinatanong n’ya ko kung bakit ko nagawa ‘to …
Sen. Revilla: Yung video?
Hayden: Hindi, yung pagtataksil sa aking kabarkada po. Habang nangyayari po ‘yun, alam ko po na … si Eric Chua, saka si Sip, saka si Bistek Rosario nandun po sa house ni Dra. Belo… nag-uusap na sila do’n. Sinabi po nung kaibigan ko pagkatapos naming mag-usap na, ‘Sige na, bumalik ka na sa bahay mo… dahil habang nag-uusap tayo, kinuha na nila yung laptop mo tsaka hard drive mo.’ (Author’s Note: The name ‘Sip’ above could have been ‘Zip’; I can’t really clearly figure it out. )
Pagdating ko po sa bahay, nung makita ko ho na wala na ‘yung hard drive, tinuluyan ko na po yung sarili ko … nag-take ako ng 30 na Valiums para magpatiwakal.
End of Voice Over and Hayden Flashback portion
Eric: Two MacBook Pros and one Sony Vaio …
Kris: Pinakuha ni Doktora at dinala n’yo sa kaniya. Nasa ospital tayo, nag-goodtime Naiwan sa bahay niya yung tatlong ‘yon?
Eric: Opo.
Kris: Nang di pa nabubuksan…
Eric: Hindi pa po.
Eric: Nung Dec 18, pinupunta niya kami sa residence niya.
Kris: Again?
Eric: sa Dasma, opo.
Kris: Ok, tapos?
Eric:
Kris: Sino? (Author’s note: This portion is unintelligible)
Eric: No, just me this time.
Kris: Oh no, Ikaw na lang … Nasa’n si Bistek?
Eric: Bistek wasn’t there. But I was with a friend.
Eric: Bistek wasn’t there. She told me to open the laptop
Kris: Ok. Bakit, di ba ino-ON lang naman ang laptop?
Eric: Di yata siya marunong mag-open ng mga files.
Kris: Ok, so ano ... walang password?
Eric: May password po,
Kris: Pero, eto, she knew?
Eric: Alam niya, nahulaan niya.
Kris: Na eto yung mga possible.
Eric: Oo.
Kris: So, she was the one who gave you the password?
Eric: Yes.
Kris: Sa dinami-dami ng tauhan ni Vicki Belo at sa dinami-dami ng … an organization as big as hers … she can get anybody to open those computers.
Eric: Yes, she can.
Kris: Why you?
Eric: ‘It will be alright to see them,’ that’s what she told me.
Kris: So binuksan n’yo?
Eric: Opo.
Kris: Pinanood n’yo?
Eric: Pinanood po namin.
Kris: You? With her?
Eric: Yeah, but we weren’t like watching it and enjoying it. We were scanning through the thing.
Kris: Ini-scan lang?
Eric: She had to go to a meeting that time …
Kris: So, ok, nag-scan, mi-nark, what happened?
Eric: Ah, pina … pinagawa … pina-burn niya sa isang DVD yung mga lahat ng recordings… she gave us a DVD.
Kris: One DVD lang?
Eric: One DVD.
Kris: You gave her the DVD?
Eric: Yes.
Kris: Diretsong tanong, did you make a copy for yourself?
Eric: No.
Kris: What happened, binigay n’yo sa kanya?
Eric: Sabi niya, burahin namin yung mga natitira sa computer so binura namin, binura ko…
Kris: So, all those that were inside that MacBook Pro, nabura … to the best of your knowledge you deleted?
Eric: Yeah.
Kris: Somewhere along the way, you stopped being a friend obviously?
Eric: Oh yeah, because they dragged my name into the whole scandal.
Kris: Mapangahas na tanong. Do you believe they got back together?
Eric: I can’t … I can’t say but if you ask my opinion, they got back together.
Kris: Asking you, do you believe that it was Dra. Vicki Belo or anybody close to her na sila ang responsible sa pagkakalat ng video na ‘to? Kasi kung pinaninindigan mo na hindi ikaw and you never had a copy …
Eric: I’m a mite curious but this is just guessing, you know, and I can’t say them on TV because that will be doing what they did to me … pointing a finger … I really can’t do anything, but … I can’t answer that.

Kris: Ok. But what you do know?
Eric: But what I do know is that the DVD was with Dra. Belo.
Kris: … Do you want talaga na si Dra. Vicki ang madiin sa isyung ito?
Eric: You know …
Kris: Or, are you really just trying to defend and clear your name?
Eric: Yes, I just want to clear my name. I’m not here to point a finger at anyone … because I don’t know … but I know the truth and the truth is … Dra. Belo had the only copy.
