One person receiving data from other sources can keep track of, collate, and disseminate this information, after being double-checked by a superior. What is so bad about the truth?!
This is one area where policy should be set as soon as possible.

How can a people, which is being encouraged, expected even, to be vigilant, exercise that vigilance when it is kept in the dark and regarded as if they cannot think at the level of people who have medical degrees?! Paki-explain lang po, Secretary Duque!
