GMA 7's 24 Oras just showed singer-actress Regine Velasquez confirming that she contracted the H1N1 flu virus and that was the reason why she missed many of her commitments including a guesting stint in Charice Pempengco's concert on June 27.
Regine said that she was not confined at the hospital but had to undergo self-quarantine at home under the medical care of her doctor. Regine is now fully recovered and is ready to resume her interrupted activities.
I'll post the video clip as soon as it's available.
