Storm Jolina is forecast to bring more rains to the country during the weekend even as it moved towards extreme northern Luzon. Jolina was last spotted this afternoon at 480 kms east northeast of Virac, Catanduanes packing winds of up to 75kph with gustiness reaching 90kph and moving west northwest at 19kph.
