The Ramon Magsaysay Foundation has announced the Ramon Magsaysay Awardees for 2009. They are Krisana Kraisintu of Thailand, Deep Joshi of India, Yu Xiaogang of China, Antonio Oposa, Jr. of the Philippines, Ma Jun of China and Ka Hsaw Wa of Burma. The awards will be formally conferred on August 31.
