UST sweeps the top 3 positions in the 2009 Medical Board exams. Melissa Paulita Mariano is the Medical Board topnotcher followed by fellow Thomasians Erick Mendoza in second place and Katrina Mae Gamponia in third place. It was an impressive showing by the Thomasians as 6 of their examinees landed in the top 10. The next best showing is by UP Manila who had 2 examinees in the top 10.
A total of 1,680 examinees passed this year's exams.

The oath-taking ceremonies for this year's batch of new doctors will be held on September 13, 2009 at the PICC Plenary Hall.
