DZMM Teleradyo has been flashing this news item for about an hour now "Pito, patay sa AH1N1 virus sa Cordillera."
This is some serious piece of news.
This article from the Northern Philippine Times dated August 10, 2009 entitled 3 Baguio deaths, 11 Abra studes affected A(H1N1) Deaths rise to five in Cordillera should give us some idea about what's happening in that part of our country.
I'll try to gather more information on this news item in tonight's evening news.
